ICT RoadmapThe Ministry of Information and Technology launched the County ICT Roadmaps (2015-2020) on 19th July 2016. The event that took place in Safari Park was graced by the Information and Technology Cabinet Secretary Joe Mucheru, the Permanent Secretary Victor Kyalo and the CECs in charge of ICT from the 47 counties.

ICT County roadmaps play an important role which is efficiency in service delivery to the citizens. ICT revolutionizes introduction of new services, provides better and faster delivery of existing services and fosters cheaper and more effective communication between different agencies, departments and dockets in the counties. ICT Authority concluded the ICT roadmap project aimed at guiding each of the 47 counties, in the implementation over a 5 year period (2015-2020), of an ICT strategic plan to fulfill certain goal that is envisioned to take the ICT Sector to greater heights.
