How to Register as a Delegate

  1. 1. Register with us if you have not done so or Login if you are a registered member.
  2. 2. Click on the 'Book as a Delegate' Button at the middle of the page.
  3. 3. Click on the Proceed to payment button
  4. 4. For MPESA payments, an account number will be autogenerated for you to pay.
  5. 5. For BANK payments, you can deposit the amount indicated on the payment window to the stipulated bank account or purchase a banker's cheque
    6. NB: Kindly note that there will be no onsite registration











How to Book An Exhibition Slot

  1. 1. Go the the View Expo Slots Page.
  2. 2. You will see a layout map of the stalls.
  3. 3. Click on a exhibit of number of your choice that is red in color.
  4. 4. On Your Right hand side, the stall that you have selected will automatically appear with the total Payable amount
  5. 5. Click on the Proceed to payment button
  6. 6. If you have not logged in/ registered , you will be prompted to login / register. Otherwise, you can proceed to make the payments
  7. 7. For MPESA payments, you can only select one stall and make its payments as the maximum limit for an mpesa transaction is KSh. 70, 000
  8. 8. For BANK payments, you can deposit the amount indicated on the payment window to the stipulated bank account or purchase a banker's cheque
  9. 9. For Bank Payments, clearly indicate the company name and the slot number you have paid for at the back and submit the receipt at the Council of Governors Secretariat
